SPRING 2023 VENDOR REGISTRATION

It is with great excitement that we welcome you to our upcoming event at Sweet Briar College. The event is scheduled for Saturday June 10th and Sunday June 11th, 2023, with vendor setup available on Friday June 9th from 4-7pm.

We understand the importance of having a dedicated space to showcase your business and we are committed to providing you with a warm and organized environment to do so.

Thank you for your participation and support. We truly appreciate your presence and look forward to seeing you at our event.

Our vendor spaces come equipped with 6 feet x 3 feet tables, priced at a highly affordable rate of just $30 per table. 

To ensure you have a comfortable stay, we are offering dormitory accommodations to all registrants, including vendors. The accommodations include linens and meal plan tickets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the college dining hall. 

For those who prefer not to stay overnight, or have their own accommodation arrangements, vendors can choose to register only for Saturday.

We have also provided a list of area hotels on our website for your convenience.
